my frist 3days is not good actually because of the bedbug im very thankful to mr. shadihul(bellman)to a asst.us to transfer to another room and we are very happy for the that. the whole entire month of our staycation are very satisfied to us from all the staff that very polite and helpful if we need something. i also enjoy the pool and the watcher there is very polite also...the only one thing i dont understand is the WIFI🤣🤣🤣✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻 everytime they changing the password...but the over all staying in one month is very perfect and satisfying for us keep up the good work to all the team of al muntazah plaza for sure we still choosing you for our next staycation. 5star for mr.SHADIHUL you are a jewel of the company because your have the heart and very didicated to your work🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰may allh bless you🙏🙏🙏

Everything was fine the staff was good the night shift receptionist was very professional and knows how to talk with guests is an asset to the hotel hope management will promote him to manager position I really like him the check in was very smooth with him yesterday and upon check out also the guy was very professional This was the 3rd time in Al muntazah plaza and I enjoyed being here I will recommend my friends to visit this beautiful property with professional staff's

Only there is need to improve on screen to introduce smart TV so that customers can go on you tube Another need for sandles to put on after shower 🚿 because of no carpet tiles are cold & there's possibility of falling 🤔 down Water provided wasn't enough increase on water atleast 1500ml per person coz water is life. I would like to recommend the lady on reception she was soo humble & she treated me well though I didn't know her Name. Brown lady.

I stayed here during a long airport transit time. Perfect for what I needed for a good price. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There is also a few places to grab food from and a little convenience store across the road. Reception was also open 24/7. Close enough to airport. I would book here again. Thank you for having me :)
